1. Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern all use of the donnatrac.com website (the "Site") and the services available on or at the Site (taken together with the Site, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Donna Trac Graphic Design and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries ("we", "our", "us", etc.). The Service is offered subject to your ("you", "your") acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by Donna Trac Graphic Design – including, without limitation, Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy and others. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Site and the Service.
Donna Trac Graphic Design is a Graphic Design businesses/service specializing in displaying children's art providing customers with digital files. Printing and delivery of merchandise of some products may be outsourced.
2. Copyright Policy
By submitting Content, you warrant that you are the sole author and owner of the Content, or that you have obtained all required releases or permissions to permit copying, printing, licensing of the Content and your use of service and products of Donna Trac Graphic Design, as set forth in these Donna Trac Graphic Design Terms of Use.
3. Social Media Policy
Donna Trac Graphic Design may use and disclose your personal information to facilitate social media sharing functionality that you initiate. If you choose to connect your social media account (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) with your digital art or merchandise or otherwise engage in social sharing on the Services, your personal information may be shared with your friends, contacts or others associated with your social media account, with other Services users, and with your social media account provider. By connecting your Services account and your social media account or contacting us via social media, you authorize us to share information with your social media account provider, and you understand that the use of the information we share will be governed by the social media site's privacy policy.
For example, if you utilize a social media feature such as the Facebook "Like" button, Google Plus, Pinterest or a Twitter widget, these features may collect information about your IP address and which page you're visiting on our site, and they may set a cookie or employ other tracking technologies. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.
4. Returns and Shipping
Donna Trac Graphic Design does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital files.
Shipping and handling fees are calculated automatically and are displayed during checkout.
Digital Files:
There is no refund once your files have been emailed to you. However, I will do everything possible to ensure that you are happy with your digital purchase.
Merchandise Shipping:
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Once you have placed your order, it might be not possible to edit the order. If you want to change details, please contact tracdonna@gmail.com.
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Donna Trac Graphic Design will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Replacement/return requests only if : (a) there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error if Donna Trac Graphic Design is at fault and (b) receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
5. Printing
We use our best efforts to provide you with the best images but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colors and details are 100% accurate representations of the product once printed, and sizes might in some cases be approximate depending on the product.
Color Disclaimer:
I do not give refunds for your order not being the exact color you see on your screen. Every computer monitor can vary in terms of brightness, contrast and even colors. This is why it is impossible that your product will match exactly what you see on screen. More than likely your product will be slightly less bright than what you see on your screen. The images that you see on your screen are not actual photos (unless you see them on a person). They are computer generated images, therefore your product will not be as bright. In general reds tend to be less bright than what you see on the screen.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available to U.S. and Canadian addresses. Delivery prices are additional to the Product’s price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or sort of Products, and additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. We reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.
Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all changes. We try our best to make Product delivery as simple as possible.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges and taxes.

8. Warranties
Donna Trac Graphic Design is dedicated to making Services the best they can be, but sometimes things can go wrong. You understand that my Services are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty (express or implied).
9. Age of Consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use or order from this site.
